well, he doesn't exactly turn evil. He just has a desire to go after Orochimaru and take his power. But, i don't think he's gunna be permanently good again. Every now and then, he is good...The curse mark is permanent. The sensai who said "Just don't die!" At the beginning of the second chuunin exam has the exact same curse mark as sasuke.
