Help w/ Declaration of Indepence HW?

What basic rights does the document claim that people have?

According to the Declaration, why do the colonists have the right to declare independence?

From the colonists’ point of view, how has the king responded to their grievances?

What risks do you think the colonists took by writing this document?

What colonial actions were perhaps purposely omitted from the Declaration? In other words, did leaving out certain colonial actions make the Declaration of Independence more persuasive? If so, what were they?

I am not asking you to do my hw, i just need clues to help me through it. A guide would help too. Thanks, i really appreciate it!

    try this link for starters:

    and here's a hint:

If you were a member of the Second Continental Congress in 1776, you were a rebel and considered a traitor by the King of England. You knew that a reward had been posted for the capture of certain prominent rebel leaders and signing your name to the Declaration meant that you pledged your life, your fortune, and your sacred honor to the cause of freedom.

that is the record written in 1776 broadly speaking by Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, and Benjamin Franklin which declared the independence of the yank colonies from the British monarchy. that is the major founding record of the USA, besides the undeniable fact that it did not set forth a structure of authorities, because the structure did.
