It works for me but I am a morning person. Other people are not morning people so it is a bit complicated for them! It depends on your personal clock.

I believe that it depends on the persons schedule and what they do. For example me, When I come home from school ,I don't go to sleep. So later on in the evening, I'll go to bed at 8:30 or 9:00, but when it's time for me to wake up at 6:00 am, I'm still sleepy. And I think I do that because of all of the activities that I do. So yes, going to bed early can be better for you but not for every one.

I heard that also but I dont keep that habit. I like to get up a bit later and to go to sleep later as well.

Other benefits maybe you will be more fresh and if you get used to getting up early later you wont have problems in the morning.

I meant you wont be as tired as others.

Yes, Iam going to have to agree with that, because my mom always go to sleep early and wake up early and she feels energized all day. She say its good to do that especially when you have a test to take, it helps you focus well and eat a good dinner that night then eat a good breakfast that morning. I tried it a couple of times and it helps.

An average adult needs 6-8hours of sleep per day. However you choose to divide the sleep time, but try to meet up. No research yet to substantiate "early to be early to rise."
