Who thinks it is insulting to say "this is the best James Bond ever?"?

I do, very much so. the other actors put a lot of work into the character.

First of all, Connery is regarded as the best James Bond. Moore while well liked is sometimes criticized for turning Bond into a bit of a joke. Brosnan was far better.

Second of all, not every film Connery and Moore were in were good. Dr. No, Goldfinger, From Russia with Love, Thunderball are all classics, the rest of Connery not so much. As far as Moore, the only really good Bond films he made were The Spy Who Loved Me and For Your Eyes Only. The rest aren't so hot.

So no, it isn't insulting.

I think it is an insult to Sean Connery and Peirce Brosnan. They were the best Bonds. Moore was better as the Saint. The others were just crap. Have not seen the new one but it looks good. But better than Connery? I think not.

As much as I think Sean Connery is the best Bond, I suspect that if he had turned down the role, someone else would have taken it. Everybody likes something different.

Connery was cool, but Moore sucked rocks.

If you've seen Daniel Craig in independant British films, you'll appreciate his work in Casino Royale. I believe he is by far the coolest Bond ever!

the best "james bond's" in my opinion are Sean Connery and Pierce Brosnan.. the rest of them totally totally suck big time !!

Its not insulting by all means, its a matter of opinion on which is your favorite James Bond Movie. If Casino Royale is your favorite then fine, it doesn't bother me. It all depends on the person's preference.

Don't you think the best James Bond would be that guy from 24 "Jack Bauer"?

I extremely like it, and that scene on the ski-carry while Jaws bites into the cable along with his steel tooth nevertheless freaks me out. you have have been given to undergo in recommendations that's almost 30years previous, so no ask your self the outcomes are slightly dodgy.
