Women/Girls - Would you rather cook/clean or work??

i would like to work to make my own money. my mom always told me you was relay on a man. and the cooking part--- i love food and i love to cook so that's no a problem. the cleaning part --- i would like to have someone clean for me.. i think that's where the money comes in.. with out a job you cant paid the maid.. but it would be nice to have a lot of money and just chill back..

Dude, the chicks of the 50s preferred to stay home, cook and clean. Life was good. The late 60s to 80s brought forth the Career woman, who preferred to work outside the home. Today's women want to stay home and do nothing. No cooking or cleaning. Then they cop attitudes.

Both i guess, but i think id like to stay at home if i was to have children and start working again after theyve grown a little. But the answer to your question is both guys and girls should wrk if possible and SHARE the cooking! even if they cant cook!

I'd much, MUCH rather work. There's no position out there with less honour for a woman than housewife — well, except maybe prosititute. I would feel incredibly stifled being a housewife. I'm definitely going to focus on my career. In fact, I'd rather work than get married at all. (Yes, I am a feminist, and yes, I consider The Feminine Mystique my Bible. So sue me.)

I would like both. Staying at home all the time for the rest of your life is so dull and boring. I love to cook and love cleaning if you can believe it. Having a job gives us ambition in life and something to look forward to.

well, did you even consider that many women work, cook and clean and also take care of the bills, children, pets, etc. i def think it's best if both people work, you get to where you wanna be faster.

I've always worked. I enjoy it. but I wouldn't mind taking a few months off work and just stay home and putter around the house for a bit.

Depends , I would like to work part -time maybe , and than share the house choars with my husband.
