Ginger is meant to be the best natural cure for nausea. Try ginger tea? Hope she feels better soon.

If she feels nauseous and a littel dizzy but is not being sick, and is seeing the world move or spin a bit she might have viral labryinthitis - especially if her ears feel blocked. See a pharmasist for some Stugeron 15 or go to the doctor for something stronger.

I understand you mean she feels like she is going to vomit but cannot vomit.

To be honest with visiting you a pharmacist, walk-in centre or Doctor is a far better bet than asking on here because we cannot examine her or prescribe for her. Alternatively ring NHS Direct. Best of luck.

the fact that you generally don't feel well definitely contributes to the crying. that's because your entire body is suffering, you are generally more vulnerable. sometimes, especially when there's a high fever, we get these overwhelming feelings of helplessness. and when helplessness is something one feels often, i mean in their everyday lives, then those feelings may reach their top. Of course, there's no reason to worry too much about it. Crying outbursts, as long as they take place only once in a while can be actually beneficial, like a sort of catharsis. You should worry only if this continues for more than two weeks and is causing you significant distress.

Your statement deosn't make any sense...she feels sick but can't be sick...why can't she be sick? and you want home remedies for someone without telling the symptoms and saying she isn't really sick.??????

It sound like she needs to get some fresh air and her own life.

I take Vitamin C and gargle with warm saltwater to help with my throat. I've been sick this past month with cold symptoms. Yuck.

Why can't she "actually" be sick? Are you a Dr.? Make an appointment with your family doctor and quit being ignorant.

OK I'll bite - why can't she actually be sick?

Maybe she ate something bad. Baking Soda & water works.

I suggest drinking something soothing, herbal fruit tea with a little honey might help.
