Stock...Broth....Bouillon?
Is there a difference between them? What is it? If it asks for broth can I use a bouillon cube with water?

You can use a bouillion cube with water in place of broth but it is apt to have more salt in it.
Stock is basically a broth made simmering vegetables in it. You can make a vegetable broth without any meat.
Put 6-8 cups of water in a stockpot or large saucepan and add at least four of the following---carrots, onions, potatoes, celery, rutabaga, tomatoes, parsnips. You want a generous cup of each, chopped coarsely. Season as you like, I add one bay leaf. black pepper, garlic, a dash of Worchestershire sauce, a dash of hot sauce and maybe a little Italian seasoning. Add salt if needed. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for at least two hours, the longer the more flavorful.

Stock and broth are the same. Buillion cubes are the dehydrated bersion of stock or broth. Yes, just make sure the ratio of buillion to water is correct and heat thouroghly.
