How to convince them?
We have a family owned business. But cant get my mother to stand in the competitve market. Just refuses to compete. Wouldnt listen to any reason. What do i do?

Okay - this is your mom, not some moron you plucked off the street. Provided you trust her and value her as a member of the enterprise you will need to make allowances and take advantage of her weaknesses and her strengths respectively. What does she want to do that she does well? Consider letting THAT be her end. Perhaps you will need to hire a marketer if that talent does not present itself in the family. Your survival will be partly dependant on the degree to which you can recognize a need for HELP and your willingness to bite the bullet and pay for it.. Ya know?
