Does anyone have any ideas on how to get the Cover Girl Outlast Lipstick from the top of the vial?
I'm financially strapped and it looks like there is enough in the vial that I could possibly have enough until payday. The crap is stubborn though and I can't get to it!!

I'm guessing it is one of those lipgloss type containers with a doe foot wand. If so, you can put the bottom of the closed tube (where the stuck lipstick is) into a cup of warm (not boiling hot) water so it melts a little and you can get the brush to swipe it off the walls of the container. HTH!
