epithelium is surface tissue, like skin, for example, and ciliated just means that it is convered with cilia (tiny hairs that can move)
Its found in the nasal passage for sweeping away dirt, and within the fallopian tubes and uterus to move the egg.

There are ciliated epithelial cells all throughout the digestive tract. They aid in absorption and creating the peristaltic waves that are necessary to push food throughout the GI tract.
