avoid avoid avoid him at all costs. If he approaches you alone, walk away. If you need to talk to him, do it when his wife is there, too.

This ONLY applies if you really need your job. If not, start job searching. You don't want his wife to find anything out (even if he is the only one in the wrong). That could affect the reference they will giev you (so basically, be the dumper of the job, not the dumpee)

Just explain to him that this puts you in awkward position and that you don't like feeling that way. Also, explain to him that this is wrong what he's doing to his wife, especially since you all work together. If he doesn't quit, I'd either A) Quit, B) Report him, or C) Both.
