how do i harden up my stoles?
im having a lot a loose stoles, sometimes not very loose.... but it feels more comfortable when they are harder stoles........ any suggestions?

Guess u mean stools ,as in faeces or poo! Sounds like you don't only have a fast car but a fast metabolic rate ,maybe. Its most properly a dietary related thing .Stay away from hot and spicy food alcohol,citrus juices .Check out a health web site to get an appropriate diet. If it continues longer than a week ,better check it out with your doctor. Watch for sighs that your not passing blood,if so get to your doctor tomorrow. Sorry to hear about your "ring of fire".

Assuming your diet is balanced and psychologically you're not "**** scared" about something, try psyllium seed husk in the morning.
Take a jam jar 1/4 juice, 1/4 water 2 tablespoons of psyllium shake it up and drink it down quickly. It coagulates and becomes ghastly if left long. 5 days on 2 days off, repeat if necessary.

This may sound funny, but whenever my children have diarrhea.. the doctor puts them on a "brat" diet..
bananas, rice, applesauce and toast... all plain.. these seem to firm up stuff down there.. Maybe you can incorporate more of these into your diet..

Change your diet...it could be a reaction to something you are eating or drinking (milk, sugar, fats)...eliminate things and see if it changes.
