Hotels in Phoenix AZ?

I am travelling (leisure) to Phoenix AZ in Dec. Anyone help with a hotel and area info? I do not drive in USA.

    the Biltmore is the best in Phoenix and it is very good as in excellent. In addition it also centrally located which allows easy access to The fine stores on 24th st and Camelback.

    Both the Pointe at Tapatio and South Mountain are excellent properties but neither are as centrally located .
