What would have happened to Padme Amidala in Star Wars if she lived past episode 3?
Would Padme of loved life, been depressed, killed, hunted down, would she raise her kids on Naboo? Would she turn anakin back good? Also what about Luke and Leia if they were raised together and everyone knew they survived?
Does anyone know I'd sure like to know?

This is actually a pretty easier one to answer. First of all, Padme would not be able to hide from Darth Vader. Darth Vader is, other than Anakin Solo and Luke Skywalker, more powerful in the force than any other person in the entire StarWars universe. Second, he showed in Episodes II and III that he is able to feel the presence of those he loves, by looking into both his mother's and Padme's futures. He would continue to be able to do this, which means he would know where Padme was going to be. Darth Vader would not kill Padme. However, if the Emperor found out that she was still alive, he would kill her and take the babies. He would not allow Anakin to raise the babies because he knows the ways of the Sith and that at some point Darth Vader will attempt to overthrow him. If Vader raised his children and they were his followers, then overthrowing the Emperor would be an easy task. As it is, the Emperor is still more powerful than Vader because of his wounds. We also see in the Episodes IV, V, and VI that the Emperor is training Vader slowly, not allowing him to gain power to quickly, as the Emperor knows that inevitabely he will be overthrown and killed by Vader. We do know that Vader would have attempted to kill the Emperor and take the children, as he says to Luke in Episode VI, "it was wise of Obi Wan to hide you from me." We know that he would have failed, however, because Anakin is not strong enough to defeat Obi Wan in Episode's III or IV and Yoda tells us in Episode III that Obi Wan is not strong enough to defeat the Emperor. We also know the Emperor's power is great because he defeats Yoda, yet Yoda is more powerful than Luke who he trains, yet Luke Defeats Vader. This points to the fact that Anakin would have found Padme, but Palpatine would have intervined, killed her and taken the children to continue controlling Anakin. Vader would attempt to kill the Emperor, but would be too weak and would fail. Palpatine would keep Vader alive until the point Luke and Leia were older. Since we know Luke is more powerful than Vader, it is clear that the Emperor would have Luke kill Vader, just as he attempted during episode VI. He probably would have pitted Luke and Leia against each other, and the stronger would have subjegated the lesser as their apprentice once the stronger was able to kill Palpatine, just as we seen with Malak and Revan in KOTOR.

I think that Anakin would never have turned. If Padme would have survived, Anakin would not have had those premonitions, so he would not have turned. They would have gone to the late country on Naboo and have Luke and Leia. Then once Luke was old enough, he would be Anakins apprentice. They would all lead a normal Jedi/senator life. (Or as normal as you can get if you have a family).
If Padme would not have told Anakin she was pregnant, he would not have had those premonitions. Or until it was visible anyway. Then he would not have turned.
Based off of my two answers, there are multiple ways to think about it. Which ever way you think about it, he would not turn and they would lead a happy normal(ish) life on Corisant. If they found out Anakin was a father, they would be expelled from the Jedi order. So they wouldn't let them know. Big deal. He would have to teach Luke to call him master and not father. Star Wars as we know it would be changed if this was true but it's not so yah.

I think Padme would not be able to turn Anakin to good, he was going downhill even when she was around. If both kids were raised together, Leia and Luke wouldn't of been able to fight Darth Vader or had the skills they needed to fight him.

well...did you get to see episode !V yet? its the presequel with all the old actors and stuff and im not sure if that could help.
if i were to guess, i'd say she couldnt turn anakin back good anyways and yoda and obi-wan knows that luke survived. i think that if luke and leia were going to be raised together with padme still living, they'd be probably doing stuff that would force them to go against anakin.
i dont know, its just a guess.

welllll i don't know for sure obviously but I think if she had lived Palps would've hunted her down and killed her because he probably knew had she still been alive, Vader would be obsessed with her and not so much with carrying out the wishes of the Empire. On the other hand, she may have kicked the Emperors butt herself and got her man back ! lol
As for the twins ..well they probably both would've been trained in the ways of the Force from a young age had they been raised together and as Skywalkers.

I think, she would have perhaps gone to Tatooine with Anakin's relatives to raise her kids and live a humble farmer's life and Obi-Wan would be around watching...
Perhaps she would have hidden the identity of Luke and Leia's dad to them, since they would be fleeing from the Empire...
I'm sure Darth Vader would have tried to find and kill them since Sidious had him brainwashed and be selfish...
I know it's sad, but Padmé had to die in order to get the kids separated and be able to save them from being turned to the dark side as well...

In the past I was a die hard Star Wars fan. Had all the toys, etc. I was very interested in becoming like him to some degree. He is a very creative person and has great ideas. You should check out some of his "lesser" know films.. As for the Star wars movies in general, The first one (episode 4) will always be my favorite. Uncut, Unedited, or what is know as the "theatrical ver". When Lucas film started "adding" extra scenes, and creating digital characters. I lost interest. btw.. Mr lucas, isn't finished.. yet.. But I doubt I will go see anything he will offer. Just look for episode 7,8 and 9

Well Vader would have spared no expense or effort to hunt her down. In the end he probably would have killed her. Then taken the kids and raised them and killed the Emperor and ruled the galaxy with the kids.

Well, she would probably be very determined to find Anakin, who she thinks "still has good in him". She says this at the end of episode 3. But I think the Jedi would keep her away from Vader just like they keep the babies away, to keep them away from harm from the dark side
