What does "This IP address cannot be used for browsing" Mean?

I was acessing mydeathspace.com almost like everyday

I went out of town and when I came home and tried to look it keeps saying this ip address cannot be used for browsing I want to know what happened and how i fix it ? Thanks

    It's not a problem with your computer, the owner of the site is switching servers so the site is down for right now. It will be back soon. It's been down for 3-4 days now.

    I dont know why ur fan of this kinda website...

    but anyways....answer to your question is:

    I visited that website and found the same message, most probably this website has been blocked by the governing bodies of your country. this website might back violated laws .

    Now the question is how to access this kinda blocked websites:

    here are some trade secrets:

    1) download a software called "ProxySwitcher" read the help and use it. this software allows the surfing through proxy server of another country.

    the changes are very less...but you can just give a try..!

    I've had the same problem. But its done that for a while now, at least a couple of weeks... which led me to wonder if the site was down, for its been a really long time

    Ur IP is blocked from the site server. Its up to site server to again give u pass. write them

    Same thing is happening to me. Maybe it was hacked into or shut down.
