BUT NOW THAT I PUT FOAMY SOAP ON THERE WHEN I AM ABOUT TO SHAVE AS SHAVING CREAM AND SHAVE OFF THE HAIR IT DOSNT ITCH ME DOWN THERE ANYMORE.

Well, as long as you are clean...it doesn't matter if you shave or let it grow out.
