hmmm. imported companies like fujitsu,compaq have battery time not more than 2 hours but if u want a cheaper laptop with longer battrey time its of acer company it gives 4.30hours.
u can also use external battery which gives 6 to 13 hours extra

well it's really about the battery itself more than the laptop. you should get a laptop for what it is and buy a separate battery if necessary. a good pc with two batteries is preferable to a shitty one with long life.

get somthing with integrated graphics and a pentiumM or coreduo ... set the power saving options to max and get a laptop with an extra-capacity battery ... not all batteries are created equal ....
