How to manage my website to see same every internate brouser?

I have the problem of my site site that it disarrange when it open in another computer with different Resolution..I had arranged it in frontpage 2003 ..With computer 32bit and resoution 1024*768..it seems disarranged in other version of internate explorer.. help me....

    The easiest way I know of is to encapsulate the pages within a frame. Set two gutters on either side of the main viewing frame and set their widths to *, which is a wildcard character, setting them to whatever is left over. The browser will divide the width according to the number of wildcards.

    I've tried this same thing with tables, but for some reason it only works if the border isn't set to zero, which is what I prefer. I haven't found a solution to that yet.

    A different browser may interpret your HTML differently and the more complex your HTML --especially if you're using DHTML effects-- the more likely you'll have problems with different browsers. All you can do to combat that is to either make different code (normally just the javascript) for different browsers or to keep the code as standards complient and simple as you can.
