how long I need to bake duck with rice stuffing. It weights 5 lb . and what is temperature? Thanks a lot

Sounds ducky to me...yum... most would bake at 350
the time varies. I use a meat thermometer for better results.
about a half hour is average.

Pre heat oven to 375f
Place duck on a rack in a roasting tray
Ensure the vent end of the duck is open to allow even cooking
Season with salt and pepper
Roast in the pre heated oven for about 1/2 hour per pound
Remove duck from oven and leave to rest for 20 mins
There will be quite a bit of fat in the bottom of the roasting tray (this is good) Pour this off and leave to cool, the fat will come to the top and the juices will go to the bottom you can use these to make ssauce - just skim the fat off first
To ensure duck is cooked insert a skewer into the thigh the juices should run clear.
