It's weird because it depends on my mood sometimes I get more fearful sometimes I over come it. Like I'm scared of spiders I face that fear couple times but still I never over come it, so I think it takes few times of facing that fear in order to actually be fearless of it. For me anyway.

    Rock on!

While facing them---you are fearful--once you have faced them--you become fearless--

Some fears go away...some become more powerful. Right now, just trying to learn to live and enjoy despite those fears.

it depends on the fear.. if its something like being afraid to love or something like that it makes u fearless once u have faced them, but if its something like my fear for spiders, it makes me more fearful to have to face them

When you face your fears you become more empowered.I think it makes you less fearful of the unknown and allows you to approach new fears in a more logical manner.

At the moment when you're facing them you're usually scared but then once you're done you're fearless of that fear!!!

  • Totally fearless... just turn around and face them! Whatever doesn't kill you, makes you stronger.... there's not much that is actually going to kill you, even if it feels like you're gonna die.
