what is the best cable company?

It needs to be available to metro Detroit. HD and a dvr would be great. I have comcast right now but its too expensive. I have 4 tv's and that makes satalite really expensive because of the boxs.

Well sorry to bust your bubble, but I worked for time warner cable and they have comcast beat by a long shot. Problem is comcast probably has control of the metro detroit area, do not worry... time warner will eventually buy them out, until then stick with cable, satellite is too expensive and unreliable.

*edit* Lick/Suck?? BULLSHIT, cable customers are ******* assholes, just like you. Listen buddy working at time warner i cut so many ridiculous deals it wasn't funny, people were 3 months late and they still had their ******* cable.. so go lick/suck a dick.

Well, my thought, is; until people stop kissing and licking their @ss it will not get cheaper. When the people can come together and stop watching TV for just one month, then the prices my change. But, most will continue and lick/suck, just as they have with new cars. I just buy DVDs. Heck for what they charge, I spend that much each month on DVDs, hey movies galore and NO advertisements. Am I wrong? Well, I remember when a movie and ads was 2 hours, and now it 3, hmmm? What take that extra time, watch the clock some day. But, this my opinion and why pay to watch the same thing over and over when you can buy and at least decide what you want to watch over and over without the ads. But, there is a positive to the ads, you can shower, make a sandwich etc. (Not miss a thing) and utilize your time better.

This J.D. Power survey shows that Cox cable and Time Warner earned above-average ratings for customer satisfaction. (The others that are above average are satellite.) I think Time Warner is available in Detroit.
