    La unica compañia que tiene esa tecnologia es Iusacell.

    LAMENTO DESILUCIONARTE PERO ESTO ES IMPOSIBLE, NO HAY APLICACIONES, Y LAS COMPAÑIAS QUE TE OFRECEN EL SERVICIO DE TELEVISION LO MANEJAN VIA GPRS (conexion de internet) SERIA MAS FACIL QUE ENCONTRARAS LA FORMA DE TENER SALDO GRATIS (que esto tambien es imposible)
