Do Greeks still worship the 12 Olympian gods and goddesses?
Like, I know they did it in ancient Greece, but what about today? Are there any Greeks here who can answer this?
When you say "no, MOST people are blahblahblah"....does that mean there ARE some people that do?

They didn't like the idea of competing for money with other religions, especially not ones older than theirs.

Most are Orthodox Christians. BTW...there was no "Roman" Catholicism in 1054 A.D. when the Great Schism occurred. It was just One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church...like the Creeds say.
All Bishops were equals...with the Bishop of Rome being "the first amongst equals"
