According to mapquest.com, there is no such city as Arlene, Texas.
Arlen, Texas is the ficticious town the show "King of the Hill" is set in.

Arlene is really Garland Texas. One of the creators lived there and used it as his basis for the town. I've relatives that live there and sometimes I see stuff and think yep that's their neighbors lol. sooo sad sometimes
