try playboy they always do and annual list to top school for partying. But if your truly looking for a good college lets put academics first. The parties are available at every school. I knew too many people who flunked out of school because of partying (including myself) and trust me its hard to get back in if you flunk out, I got back in by lots of letters or appeal.

UT Austin (go Long Horns) has been in the top 5 for the last couple of yrs, and won this past yr. Chico State in California is also always mentioned.

check US News and World Report. They have college ratings for most criteria when comparing colleges/universities. I'm fairly certain you will find your answer there.
