i just got a new compaq computer, why isnt it allowing me to download yahoo messenger?
all i get is a blank screen. on the bottom it says done but the page is blank. i got it at best buy and they installed stuff so all i would have to do when i got home is to put the wires together for the monitor and boot it up.

did u able 2 download other software.
u installed windows installer properly ah?
tell me the message occurs while u not able 2 download y !messenger.

Wat is the exact error you are getting? If you can detail the problem you face..somebody would be able to help you
