every person's skin will react differently to the treatment. it worked for a few people i know and didn't for another. it all depends on your skin. you can ask as many people as you want but, you will not really know until you try it. you can get your money back if it doesn't work out.

I would strongly recommend going to a dermatologist if something like Proactive Solution has no effect, or if you suspect that you have more than just acne. Reason why I say this is because I had redness on my face for a long time and thought it was a combination of acne and rosacea. The Proactive had little effect on it, and the alcohol content of the cleanser dried out my skin and was painful. I found out from a dermatologist that I actually had "non-specific dermatitis", which is like a mild fungus. He gave me a prescription shampoo and a face wash solution to use and it was gone in about 2 weeks. So yeah, I know how convincing it seems to see Kelly Clarkson, Lindsay Lohan, Jessica Simpson, Diddy (or whatever his name is supposed to be) and all the other celebs on the infomercials. But have some alternatives from a professional if it has no effect on your skin.

Although everyones skin is differant, they make 3 differant types, one for oily, dry or combonation skin and I think that if you make sure and get the right one for you it will work! I have actually just started using proactive about a week ago and I have had no new breakouts and Im starting to see the ones that I did have disappear! I really like it so far, I think its worth the 60 bucks to try it out and see if it works for you.

I discovered Proactive in my 30s and could not believe how much better my skin was in a short time. I'd been to derms and tried a lot of products but I was so impressed with the results, I placed orders for my teenage daughter and her stepmother (i.e., my exhusband's wife!) It worked for all of us. I used it for quite a while but got older and my skin changed. I think its definitely worth trying!

Depends on your skin type - i tried it once and it burned and dried my face out so bad, it was peeling! The best thing for acne I have found is the benzoyl peroxide regimen. It works wonders if you follow it correctly. Go to http://www.acne.org/ to find out about it - BP is way better than salicylic acid in many many ways and this site will tell you why :]

for me it worked really really good but for others it may make them break out it just depends you should see if you can try it out first and then you'll know if you should use proactive or not

it really depends on your skin. on some types it works and on others it doesn't. my grandmother bought some for my cousin and she cleared up. but when my sister got some it didn't help at all. the only thing to do is try it and see.
