Yes I do! It is awful. I have the type where I can fall asleep OK, but within two hours I am up and that is all she wrote. I have tried prescriptions for it, but they made me feel yucky in the morning. Sometimes I will take a Tylenol PM when it is really bad, but truth be told I do not want to take meds every night. It has gotten a little bit better since I started working out regularly. Good luck sweetie!

Yes. I made the big mistake years ago about putting a TV in my bedroom and now I can`t sleep unless it is on. I wake up four or five times a night and see something I want to watch and end up getting about three hours of sleep a night in total!
