Are there any DVD players outthere that will play Quick time movies?
I have several movie trailers on disc from Quicktime and I was wondering if there is any way to play them on DVD (most DVD players wont play quicktime) Does anyone know how to convert them to a format that will play on regular DVD players? Is there software available or firmware upgrades? Help.
Thanks

You probably won't
find one. You can ask
Apple.com if their is any
chance for a DVD player
to play that type of a format.

Not to my knowledge.
You can check this website: http://www.pricegrabber.com/ which lists a plethora of information regarding many products out there. You can simply check the specification on different models to determine compatible codecs. As far as firmware or software available to circumvent the players ability, there isn't any that I'm aware of at this moment.

I bought a cheap dvd recorder that plays MPEG- 1, MPEG-2 (.VOB/ .DAT/.MPG)
MPEG-4( .AVI/ .DIV/.DIVX) media files. I needed a new cheap dvd player and saw this LITE-ON DD-A100GX for $78 at Best Buy.
This might work.
