2000 Dodge Durango problem?

My 2000 Dodge, when u open the oil cap to put oil in, there is a mustard color looking gunk. The one place I took it printed me out a paper from dodge saying this happens in this vehicle, just scoopthe stuff out from time to time. Anybody else having this problem?

    they have a tsb out about it .it happens on the 4.7 motor SUBJECT: Foamy Oil Emulsion Accumulation Inside The 4.7L Engine Oil Fill Housing.

    This bulletin involves the installation of a baffle and a revised oil fill housing cap

    it condensation forming inside the engine,make sure your thermostat is letting the engineget up to temp and the pcv is working as it may be full of that slime as well

    the tsb for this is 090100a ,they call it oil emulsion acumulation

    talk to a dodge dealer and ask about the fix
