How do you change text to have a rainbow effect?
Using photoshop how can I do this? I am able to put a gradient over but that doesnt just change each individual letter to a color.... I know yahoo messenger allows you to do that but how can I do it in Photoshop

Yahoo does it by changing every other letters color... might try it that way. x

Open a new document and select the text tool on the tool bar and write some text.
Now go to Layer / Layer Style / Gradient Overlay and set those settings.
