How many people actually eat three meals a day?
I was wondering how common is it for people to eat 3 meals a day without snacking in between. Growing up we would often eat one meal a day and just graze through the rest of the day and find it difficult to only eat three times a day. Do people not eat meals or do they eat 5 or 6 meals a day or how exactly do they go about eating?

that depends on why do you wanna eat? most people here in our country eat bec it's time to eat, just to follow the schedule and routine. others bec they are hungry, or they dont wanna eat bec theyre on a diet.

I find that more men then women will eat 3 meals a day just because they seem to get hungrier or need more food then females do.

I only eat two meals a day. Breakfast, graze through the rest of the day with a lunchbox (the majority of which I don't eat) then tea and I'm growing up.

I never eat three meals in one day...I'd look like a meatball with clothes if I did. Sometimes I only have 1 meal and a light snack later.

i've got consistently been a believer in 3 nutrients an afternoon, yet no longer consistently, did we've parts from the person-friendly nutrients communities. inclusive of whilst i might make spaghetti. it may be the spaghetti and sauce, and a slice of garlic bread, made with french bread. and that i might make jello with fruit, for a mild dessert. the place I stay now, the nutrients are cooked via a care giver. usually we consume off of one decrease of meat for countless days for lunch and dinner. i'm uninterested in the repetition, and characteristic suggested so. yet i assume, i'm on my own in complaining. i do no longer evaluate a sandwich as a balanced meal. yet whilst there are clean vegie slices on it. then i assume it could be. We consume around a regularly occurring time for each meal. yet they warmth it up, if we don't choose it suited away after it incredibly is arranged. this way, we don't consume one meal on actual of yet another or too close at the same time. i became instructed at present, that I ought to consume countless small nutrients an afternoon, to assist with my digestion. yet so a techniques, i've got no longer achieved that. yet i will see eating small parts is in good shape for everybody, particularly than over eating at a meal, whilst i'm hungry. i hit upon that eating microwaved popcorn as a snack can quite help in my digestion, and that's a filling snack after dinner.yet at times, a small dessert bowl of ice cream, could desire to be basically the convenience nutrients i'm yearning. I do savor the unscheduled nutrients now that i'm retired. The slower %. of residing is something i've got waited some years to savor.
