we are all moderators on yahoo answers. we all have the capability to report abuse as we see it. then this is checked by yahoos customer care peeps.

I don't think so, it would be a gigantic task. My opinion is that the computer is programmed to reject messages which include offensive words. By personal observation I have seen that they are entering by using similar words in their messages which will not be rejected or not writing the complete word by they substituting some middle letters by signs like asterisks and others.
