Why do I show a deleted answer when I didn't delete it.?
I show that an answer I posted was deleted and that 10 points was removed from my account. I was not informed that I had been reported for abuse. Why is there no reason given for an answer being deleted and by whom is it deleted?

This is the biggest tragedy of Yahoo Answers, sadly there are no explanations. It's only natural that you play by the rules and be on the side of caution while answering: so, any transgressions such as racial innuendos, soliciting for points with phrases such as "Please give me 10 points", threat or intimidation "I am gonna kill her" - even when said unintentionally, can cause someone to report you, even though your intention was not wrong.
Lucky for you, it happens to almost everybody, but we learn through it. In the beginning, I was also a victim, but I can really self-regulate my opinions now. So, be part of the Game and enjoy and do not take it to heart if you are reported for violation. But yes, be cautious: too much of it, and your Yahoo account may be deleted.

I'm in the same boat. I got an e-mail maybe twenty minutes ago saying that an answer of mine was chosen as best answer, so I logged on to read the comments and noticed the stupid thing says "Whoa! you just earned 0 points!". Sure enough, I had earned zero points instead of the ten I had rightfully earned. Then, I checked out my recent activity board (or whatever the hell it is) and noticed that I had also lost two points for deleting a post I didn't delete. I was never notified that I had violated any rules, but I guess I had. In closing this rambling, anger-fueled post, I would just suggest that you avoid the word "masturbating" at all costs or someone with too little humor and too much time will report you to the authorities.

Yahoo Police probably did it.
