Is there any help out there help for Christmas for my kids?
I have been going thru some legal things with my childrens dad this year. I have a date in court for child support but it's not until after Christmas. I can't afford gifts for my 2 kids..I have a son that's 10 and still belives in Santa Clause this is goint to be the last year and i want to make it a little special. My daughter is 16 and works part-time we are both on SSI. and this is horrible. The dads family totally disapeared from their life since he is going thru a court battle with us for abuse verble and physical..we aren't involved with DSS so we can't get help through them. We aren't on any other assistance so they won't help. any other ideas? Thank you..we tried churches already....thank you...

The Salvation Army, local churches in your area, family members, your local fire station, go to the department of job and family services they will have applications for various agencies offering gifts to the children.and toys for tots. etc. Good luck and God bless****
