will the power supply be sufficient in such a scenario?
dont tell me to go to certain sites to calculate it as I have already done it all.
i want to know in real terms whether it would be sufficient - peak load and normal load.

You should be ok, but I would suggest going with something higher.
Good choice on your PSU. Personally, I love Antec's line of power supplies.

As long as the 400w is constant and not peak power then you are fine. I have a computer that uses a lot more power and I am running 500w.
