Brains are really mushy -- and they LOOK like brains. Cow's tongue can be spiced and cooked and sliced -- looks and tastes like sandwich meat. Choose the tongue!

Try this, I love it for a change of palate pace. Saute diced tongue with butter and a dash of garlic oil until slightly brown. At the same time fry the brains with thinly sliced onions in olive oil until soft. Mix both together in a deep skillet and add 6 to 8 raw hens eggs. Let simmer until the eggs are firm. Serve over rice and top with mild grated cheese. Add soy sauce to taste. Enjoy with a white dinner wine and your best friend.

Oh, I've already had cow tongue. It's delicious on a sandwich with a lot of butter and salt. No kidding.

*gags* This isn't exactly a helpful answer, but neither. I am a vegetairian and both sound rather yucky. I suppose that if I absolutley HAD to choose, then I would choose to devour the cow tongue...
