oh my, I would just try to avoid him as much as possible I had the same problem in high school and this guy would meet me after every class and I could't stand him he was nasty but i eventually had my friend tell him off

Tell him that he needs to stop because all he seems to be doing is annoying you and that by pursuing you it makes you think of him as a pest not as someone you like
