There can be two meanings in this.

1 - "He/she officially appologized." This would be the case if the sentence is used in serious context. For example a politician appologizing for something. Usually heard during the news, or found in newspapers.

2 - "He/she literally appologized." Here the word 'literally' is used figuratively. As if it is not something that is expected from this person, and might even be surprising. This is more of regular daily Turkish, wouldn't be used in newspapers or anything of the kind.

so a procedures, the English-conversing Turks i have had the fortune to understand have performed so as their job, so as that they are quite reliable at it. They do communicate with those great accents. i'd very nearly quite communicate English like Cuma. He sounds like an actor on a level the way he rolls his R's very gently. Mahmut sounds like he's from California, no longer Türkiye, and Seçil is so sensible that if she ever makes a mistake, she hears someone say it proper and also you under no circumstances listen the same mistake two times. in many situations, they have extra efficient grammar than individuals, and they are consistently asking why we do not communicate the way we ought to consistently, or complaining that our undesirable English is ruining theirs. Yeah, the ? and the ö are style of not undemanding for me so a procedures, yet i'm slowly getting it from practice. The words k?rm?z? and özledim are assisting me seeing that i take advantage of those lots. :)
