Visualization works and works big time. It has worked for us ever since we have used it as a technique to make achieve our goals for the last 8 years. We call it Creative Visualization, it is all the same. Let me share with you our biggest achievement - Last year, my theatre group wanted to do a play on the life of A.P.J Abdul Kalam (who is the President of India) and is also a very inspiring person. He is a rocket scientist and a down-to-earth gentleman. His vision is to make India a developed country in the year 2020 for which he has created a road map. We visualized that we would do this play with him in the audience itself. How we would do this, we had no clue, just a huge desire. Our visualization started in July last year.

My core team comprising four of us would visualize this image of the President of India watching our play in rapt attention. We worked on the play, developed it with about 60 actors and staged it in Bangalore, India for an invited audience comprising CEO's, educationists...The play was very well received.

One school Principal (Bangalore Military School) wanted us to stage the same play using his students for an inter-school military competition. We gladly obliged. The play was staged and came first in the competition. A few months later in November we got a call from the Principal of another Military school in Ajmer, India who had seen the play. His message was cryptic - "we are celebrating our Golden Jubilee (50 years) and the President is coming, can you do the same play for him here."

To cut a long story short the play was performed at Ajmer with the President watching it. It was a complete surprise for him. He loved it.

Visualization works. You only need to believe in it completely.
