How do I keep the blood flowing to my arm when spooning?
There is almost nothing like spooning in relaxing affectionate moment, like on a cool afternoon or after sex(or both, lol) but I've been having this problem of losing circulation in lower arm. I've tried all sorts of differentplaces to put flailing appendage (under a pillow, inbetween us, behind me) to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas or do I have resort to only short periods of spoon time?

The way we do it is I lay on my right side and my b/f lay on his right side behind me. He puts his right arm under my neck so my head rests on his upper arm. He likes to rest his right hand on my stomach so he can rub or tickle with it while we cuddle. Of course his left arm goes around my middle from above. We fit that way, and because his right arm is mostly in the gap between my head and shoulder, it doesn't "go to sleep" from me laying on it. If you or your g/f are left handed, change sides. Keep working on it. Its way cool to get it right and sleep that way!

A really good way of doing this is to put your arm up over your head, it sounds weird, but it works, mostly if you're taller than the person you're spooning with. Then just take your arm, and lay your head on it, sort of wrap it around your head with your elbow facing the person your spooning with, if your arm falls asleep under the weight of your head, just but your head in the little crook between your hand and your shoulder, if the person you're spooning with is taller than you then you should be on the inside and turn your body a little up so your arm isn't under you, its a good strategy.
