Nono Technology PRO or Con?
Nano bots can cure cancer by injection into host and they are programmed to seek out the cancer cells and attach themselves, using a ultra violate light they heat up killing only the cancer cell while leaving the healthy cells alone.( Still in testing )
Other side they can be used any type of way. Alot of good vs alot of bad.

Hmm, well, they aren't nano "bots." People read medical fiction and get to be horribly misinformed on what nanotechnology really is. What has been developed is little gold coated nanoparticles that absorb IR radiation (not UV since UV light can damage your tissues) at wavelengths that other tissues in your body do not. Therefore, the treatment would be completely selective for the gold particles and the IR radiation is of such low energy that it goes right through you.
I actually had the opportunity to host one of the professors who is developing this technology at a conference and it is really quite amazing.
As for the other ways the nanoparticles could be used.... I have no idea what you are talking about.
