    officially, no, they do not offer keeper leagues....it's up to the commissioner to keep track of all the info so it can be used again next season...

    yahoo! Fantasy FOOTBALL PLUS has a "keeper" feature, where you can designate 2 players as keepers before the draft begins. Of course, PLUS, you have to pay for, so if you play free fantasy football on yahoo! you don't get that feature.
