    What kind of symptoms are you having that you think it's your pancreas? If you have pancreatitis, you could have referred pain to your back, but you would also have other symptoms like nausea and vomiting.

    Back pain can come from many sources, one being kidney stones. It would help to know if you're having any other symptoms besides back pain.

    Umm I think you need to finish your question. Please clarify....

    EDIT (to answer actual question): Yes, pancreas problems can lead to back pain. However, MANY things can cause back pain including muscle strain, kidney problems, etc. Please go see a doctor if this pain is persistent and had been around for more than a wekk or so.
