D-Link DWL-G520 not working other than administrator mode?

I have two accounts in my PC, in administrator mode D-Link is pretty much working but if i log in other account the connection is not stable as it will connect and disconnect every seconds.

I have a cafe that's why i don't want my customers to log in as administrator so i create a user account for them.

    u check wht all rights are there for da user.try to make it power user. one more thing is dat try to run as administrator from user mode and install da driver again. the main thing is da user rights
