I need to find entertainers willing to perform at a charity event voluntarily so the entertainer can raise their profile whilst helping the charity raise their awareness.

State what what the benefit is for, type entertainers you want and where the performance is to be held. I am sure you will get response. Entertainers are very good at giving of their talents for a good cause.

Call churches and schools. Place an ad in the local paper. Ask EVERYBODY you meet. If there is a vocal coach in town, ask. Dance instructor? Piano teacher? Ask. Students love to perform at these kinds of events.
