with bt if you are still in a contract with your broadband they will charge you for rthe remaning months untill the end of your contract, with the phone line if you had to pay a installtion fee of £124.99 and you are still in term you will have a £18cancellation fee, or if you have just started your phone up and are still in a 3month term you will have to pay a cancellation fee of £13... if you have the bt home hub and are still within your broadband contract they will be a cancellation fee of £45...

Source(s): to cancel call bt on 0800 800 030 open mon to sat 7.30am till 10pm with your account number and they can arrange that for you, you do need to give them 30days notice!

I do not think so, the closest you can get to that is the FAQ which in turn will direct you to call the 0800 number.

it is worth going on-line to get yourself acquainted with the steps involved, it might also worth your while to take a look at your contract. For instance how long have you used the service and what does the contract say about termination.

The truth is it is easier to get on with these guys than to get out. I made the mistake of moving from BT to Bulldog and I am struggling since July this year till now as I write to cancel the contract, and I am being tossed from one customer service person to another and each month I am charged, I guess the gate is too wide open.

I don't know if I have helped you or compounded your issue, (lol).
