A few weeks pregnant, I need an exercise?
I'm always in the gym. When I'm in there I go all out. 1 hour cardio and 45 minutes weight lifting. I know I'm going to have to cut back on all the heavy weight lifting. I just don't want to gain a lot of weight during this pregnancy and I hate Yoga. And there is no swimming pool close by.

Keep doing what your doing. If you feel pain or discomfort slow down. Watch what you eat. You only need 500 extra calories for baby. Make sure you're eating healthy foods and you'll be fine. Gaining a few extra pounds isn't the end of the world either. It'll come off afterwards, especially if you get active again.
Congrats!

I've heard sit ups and curl-ups are a great way to stay in shape - you'll get into your pre-baby body faster after giving birth.
