Stargate Atlantis DvD misprint?

My husband and I recently bought Stargate Atlantis Season 1 on DvD. On Volume 3 disc 5 we put it in and its a repeat of Volume 1 disc 1. Is there a known Dvd misprint on this?

    Not that I know of, but my I bought a copy of SG-1 Season 8 (slim version) and the first disk is disk 1 of season 3. Just take it back to where you bought it from, tell them whats wrong, and they should give you another copy. I buy them at Sam's Club for 27 dollars a season (best price I've seen anywhere).
