1) You can gargle three to six times daily tea made from thyme, goldenseal or myrrh.
2) few drops of tincture in a little water can be gargled.
3) Red sage tea with a teaspoon of apple-cider vinegar.
All these above are both antiseptics and soothing.
AROMATHERAPY TREATMENTS
All pure essential oils can be brought from a health shop and are cheap.
Sandlewood and Lavender are soothing.
Lemon, geranium, pine and tea tree fight infections of the throat.
Atlas cedarwood, eucalyptus and peppermint help clear congestion.
Now choose a treatment (using any of the above oils)
1)Add two drops of your chosen oil into a small warm glass of water. Gargle (DO NOT SWALLOW) for a one minute then spit out.
2)Add tree drops of your oil/oils into half a teasppon of sweet almond oil or unscented lotion or cold cream and Massage your face and chest.
3)Inhale the steam from a bowel of very hot water containing four drops of either eucalyptus, pine or peppermint oil. Do this for 5-10 mintues twice a day

Go to a Health Food store and pick up some ear candles. You'll need some help, especially if you've never used them before. Ear Candles are hollow tubes of linen that are tapered at the end and are coated with beeswax. You'll need a paper plate and a glass of water nearby. Cut a hole in the center of the plate, stick the candle through the hole. it should be a snug fit. place the tapered end in your ear, and lite the top of the candle, The plate acts like a visual barrier, and protects you. The flame draws built up ear wax in the ear canal. You should hear some pops and cracks. When the candle burns down 3/4 of the way dip it in water to extinguish the flame. Afterwards you should follow up with sweet oil, or Murine ear drops. Peroxide also works. 3-4 drops should do it, twice a day. It's interesting to cut open the remaining part of the candle to see how much ear wax was expelled. I have health insurance but would rather try to solve a problem like this naturally instead of going to the ER. If you feel you must see a DR see if there are any Urgent care clinics in your area. It's usually cheaper, and the wait isn't as long.

There are many. If you suffer from cough and can't sleep, prepare a glass of tea/cofee without sugar and milk. Have it lukewarm. You will sleep within a few minutes.
Prepare a juice of neem leaves and drink it. Wait for a while and make vomitting. Cough will come out. It gives lot of relief to asthma and such patients.
For acute headache search a painful point behind your thumb nail, press it with courage because it is very painful. Headache will disappear within 10 seconds.
All these remedies are specific. But remember well, Health has no remedy. So exercise daily, avoid absurd habits and follow rules of nature. That will make your life happy.
